The SFF-8088 Mini-SAS connector is designed for implementing Mini SAS External interconnect solutions.

It’s a 26-pin ‘Mini SAS‘ connector and utilizes a metal outer shell compatible with shielded external connections. The typical application would be a SAS link between a SAS HBA to a SAS drive subsystem.

The SFF-8088 is compliant with the latest Mini-SAS 2.1 spec and supports 6Gb/s data transfer protocol.

Connect Mini SAS controller to SATA Drive or SATA Backplane

Mini SAS 26P SFF-8088 TO 4x SATA 7Pin Mini-SAS 26P TO 4SATA cable enables you to connect a SAS 26pin device, such as Work Station, Blade Servers, External Storage Arrays, SAS Expanders, Host Adapters (HBA’S) and RAID Controller to 4x eSATA, supporting up to 4-ports (4 lanes) of SAS data, and providing reliable, high-performance drive and backplane connectivity. Four discrete SATA fanout drive cables are of equal length with stainless steel latches to provide a secure connection.

Support 6Gb/s data transfer protocol

The SFF-8088 is compliant with the latest Mini-SAS 2.1 spec and supports 6Gb/s data transfer protocol
